Valerie is a Senior Service Designer at the Department of Internal Affairs. She’s passionate about uncovering why people behave the way they do. This enables her to design digital services from a user’s perspective. Valerie works remotely from the rest of her team in Taranaki. This enables her to frequently and easily include regional customers in her user research, providing peace of mind that government services are designed for all New Zealanders.
